In-room fridge, spacious room layout, convenient self-check-in kiosk
Location lacking. Situated in an industrial estate with minimal amenities!!! Air conditioning inconsistent, often turning off and leaving rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Noise from karaoke disturbances late into the night, a big no-go for restful sleep!!!

The location is convenient for those traveling by car, with free parking available right outside.
The bathroom in our room was quite dated, and the high bathtub posed a risk of losing balance while getting in and out.

We stayed at the B&B Accademia for 1 night and chose it due to its proximity to the airport, however we would definitely return if we need a hotel in Pisa because it's a very clean and efficient hotel with comfortable and nicely furnished rooms. Everything is new and nicely furnished. Bathroom was perfect.
Restaurant closes at 10pm and after that the only thing you can eat is a toast served at the hotel lobby. We checked in late however there were many other people checking in with us, so a late night or 24 hour dining area would be welcome.

Big size rooms, convenient location.
Fabulous and immaculately clean place with useful staff on the night shift. A good choice of options, good food. A car park onsite provided. The easy check-in process too. Location short walk to one cafe.

Consider using the efficient self-check-in kiosk for quick access, especially during late arrivals, as it simplifies the process significantly.

We've had only hot water running in shower so it almost made impossible to wash

The room was a decent size and clean, with an in-room fridge which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was fast, with access to streaming services without any hiccups.
The location leaves much to be desired, as it's situated in an industrial area with limited dining options. The closest eateries require a bit of a walk. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, shutting off intermittently. Noise from outside and the hallways could be disruptive, diminishing the restful experience one might seek. The check-in process with the kiosk caused some confusion, particularly if you're arriving late.

I didnt like anything about it.
When booking, the hotel offered a shuttle bus and breakfast within the price. Once I had booked it stated that breakfast was extra and there were no notes in realtion to the shuttle bus. The staff were not helpful at all. We were informed that the shuttle service was not available as the hotel was under new management but had it been it starts at 8am when most flights are before then. The receptionist accepted that it was on the website but was no longer available. Also there was no tea/coffe facility in the room. The receptionist refused to give us a wakeup call in the morning. We paid extra for taxi. The shower door was broken so you flooded the floor after a shower. The carpet was filthy. The restaurant was basic with limited dishes on the menu but you had no choice as you were in the middle of an inductrial estate. Never again. I will be making a complaint.

Great hotel, close to the motorway to the airport. The location is industrial but it was perfect for us, because we just needed to get to the airport in the AM. The rooms were very clean and modern...and big!
